My Quest
Well we finally got Katie on the road to potty training. She has went all week without accidents. And actually yesturday she went potty with out mommy having to remind her. And pooped in the toliet which is a big step. Just hopefully her dad continues on with it this weekend so I don't have to start back at square one on sunday evening. It will be so nice when she is fully potty trained, we still have to put a diaper or pull up on her at nap time and bed time, cause we just done trust her to not have an accident during those times and because she sleeps with us majority of the time I don't want baby peep on me, lol. We tried taking away the cuppy but yeah she would have none of that. We took the cup and tried to give her drinks in big girl cups but she just didn't drink anything. We did get her to where she now will fall asleep with out her cuppy but I guess to give in during the day a little is not a completely bad thing cause i don't want her to get dehydrated. We will try again with taking cuppy away when we know she is fully potty trained. We are trying to take stuff one small step at a time because she doesn't handle changes very well. So I am on the way to completing one of my quests and putting the other on the back burner until I finish this one. Just pray for me to have the patience with miss Katie because she knows exactually how to push my buttons. And when she gets mad at me she retaliates by standing in front of me and peeping on the floor.

Rhayn was a sippy addict until about 5. In fact when she is at Granny A's house, she still gets a sippy of milk for bed! We gave her water bottles instead of sippies. I let her pick them out, and eventually she outgrew it. Just think, she won't take one to school, the other kids would make fun of her. I guess a sippy is one thing I let kids get away with, too. (maybe because I don't want stuff spilled on the carpet. Gwen is bad about that, but she wants big girl cups.)
Sounds like you are on the road to having a big girl. We actually had a better day today too. Hopefully there's hope for Kasey too, and she will decide that she can be a big girl like Katie.
Yeah it took alot out of me this week cause I actually had to be mean to her a couple times and it was so hard when I got her cute puppy eyed looked and she asked " why do you have to do this to me? Why do I need to be in here?" But by the end of the week it was alot better. I wish you luck. They are so stubborn at this age.
